The London Parks are also fantastic places to visit. Hyde Park is one of the greatest city parks in the world. Covering 350 acres with over 4,000 trees, a large lake, a meadow and ornamental flower gardens.
You could even combine your visit with some shopping too, as Harrods, Harvey Nichols and some of London’s other famous stores are all within easy walking distance of Hyde Park.
Or you can watch the deer roam free around the tranquil Richmond or Bushy Parks.

History, scenery and the marvellous colleges of this great University City make it well worth a visit. Stratford upon Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare, has a wonderful character with idyllic tea rooms, riverside bars and restaurants. You can even enjoy boat rides upon the river Avon.
